




The Crafts ExpoThe Crafts Expo at the ActewAGL Royal Canberra Show 2013 will have over 20 different craft sub-sections, offering a large range of classes for exhibitors to enter their work.2013 resultsWhat's new?The Crafts Expo has a new Newsletter! It is called “Crafts Expo-sure” and will be published 3 times a year. It will provide a gamut of information on the Crafts Expo plus more.Volume 1 Summer Edition is now available Volume 1 Spring EditionEach Craft Sub-section is divided into classes according to the level of experience of the entrant. Not only that, there are classes specifically for Seniors, those with Disabilities and also for Schools, including Primary, High School and College. Exhibitors do not have be residents of the ACT nor of Australia to be eligible to enter. The Crafts Expo has a large number of sponsors who provide prizes in the form of money, vouchers and merchandise. Great Canberra Scarf CompetitionThe Great Canberra Scarf Competition is the Crafts Expo’s latest addition to its already large array of competitions. Sponsored by Galifrey Alpaca Textiles, the Great Canberra Scarf Competition provides the opportunity for craft enthusiasts to use their creativity and imagination to make a scarf reflecting the theme of ‘The Centenary of Canberra’. How Do I Enter the Craft Expo?Entry forms are distributed with the Crafts Expo Schedule which can be obtained from: 1. If you have entered the Crafts Expo at the ActewAGL Royal Canberra Show in the last two years, a Crafts Expo Schedule, which has the entry form enclosed, will be automatically sent to you in August this year. 2. If you would like to receive a copy of the Crafts Expo Schedule and entry form, then contact the RNCAS Office on 6241 2478 or email the office admin@rncas.org.au. 3. The 2013 Crafts Expo Schedule and Entry Form can also be downloaded.
